Job Description
A San Rafael, California based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with five or more years of experience in primary care to fill a clinical and CMO role. An ideal candidate should be an innovative leader, should practice excellent, evidence-based patient care, and should be comfortable treating all ages. This role is in an FQHC facility that serves San Rafael, Marin County, and Northern California.
Required Qualifications
- CA NP or PA license
- CA DEA certificate before start date
- CPR certification
- Board certified in field
- 5+ years of experience
Responsibilities
- Provides medical direction and administration for all Health Center functions
- Oversees and supervises the Director of Clinical Compliance and medical providers
- Serves as a primary care provider 20 hours per week
- Leads standardization and integration of services between all Ritter patient-facing programs
